More about Jillian Moore
You can say that Jillian has really hit the ground running. Things started happening for her soon after she received her MFA in Jewelry and Metal Arts from the University of Iowa in 2008. Jillian is a contributing writer for the Art Jewelry Forum and was the blogger extraordinaire for Crafthaus at the 2010 SNAG Conference in Houston. She has been a Leap Award finalist, has won a juror’s Silver Award at Craftforms 2007 and the Award of Merit at the 2008 Metal Inclinations, sponsored by the Society of Midwest metalsmiths. Her work has been featured in galleries world wide with solo exhibitions at Object Fetish and the Application Center for Craft along with numerous group shows. In this workshop, you’ll be learning her out of the box techniques for transforming 3-dimensional objects with resin and layers of pigment.
